At [HAWK X], we take pride in offering 100% original and high-quality perfumes. Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we are committed to making things right if you receive a damaged or incorrect item.


đźš« No Returns for Opened or Used Items

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on:

  • Opened perfumes

  • Used or unsealed products

  • Change of mind

Please double-check your order before confirming payment.


âś… Eligible for Refund or Replacement

We will issue a refund or replacement only if:

  • You received the wrong item, or

  • Your item was damaged during shipping

To qualify, you must:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item

  2. Share clear photos of the package and product

  3. Provide your order number and description of the issue

🔄 Process for Refunds or Replacements

  • Once your claim is approved, we will:

    • Send a replacement item (if stock is available)

    • Or issue a refund via your original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days


📦 Returns (if applicable)

If a return is required, you must send the item back in its original, unused condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the mistake was ours.

We are not responsible for lost return shipments—please use a trackable service.

  • No claims will be accepted after 48 hours of delivery

  • Refunds will not be granted for slight scent preferences or personal dislike

  • COD (Cash on Delivery) orders are non-refundable, but may be replaced in case of error
